Not the frankincense you know.
Most frankincense on the market is Boswellia carterii or serrata, widely traded, widely blended. Frereana is a different species altogether: rarely produced, harvested from cliff-clinging trees, and carrying an aroma closer to warm citrus peel over dry stone than to incense smoke.
We buy it with paperwork, botanical identity, GC/MS, country of origin, batch traceability. Rarity means nothing if you cannot prove what is in the jar.

That distinction is the whole character of this company.
