NEFER Beauty Ltd, registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Order data: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number where given, and the contents and value of your order. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Enquiry data: the name, email address and message you send through our contact or trade forms.

Marketing data: your email address, if you choose to join the founding circle or our mailing list.

Technical data: your bag contents, stored in your own browser, and basic analytics about how pages are used.

To fulfil your order and provide customer care. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

To meet accounting, tax and cosmetic product safety obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

To answer enquiries, prevent fraud and improve the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.

To send marketing email. Lawful basis: your consent, or the soft opt-in for existing customers. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.

Only the suppliers who make the service work: our payment provider, our delivery carrier, our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. Each acts under contract and may use your data only on our instructions.

We never sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Some suppliers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses so your data keeps equivalent protection.

Order and transaction records: six years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC.

Enquiries: two years from your last contact with us. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, and for two years afterwards as proof that it was withdrawn.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to remember your bag and keep checkout working. These do not require consent.

The site is served over encrypted connections and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever risks your rights we will tell you and the ICO promptly.

Our products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be sent to subscribers by email.
